Thanks for the reply, date and time has no issue if WAN is connected to the modem.
I also reach out to ASRock tech support for this and the response is pretty much that AP mode is just a work around, thus date and time won't work properly. It's a little bit disappointed for such a powerful router lacking AP mode functionality. Hopefully ASRock development consider to add this in the future. |

I think it checks time/date automatically, IF it has a valid WAN connection.
If you use it as an AP, normally you don't connect the WAN, so it cannot check for date. Try/test to use it as a normal router (I know, it will put your wireless devices in another subnet) and see if it's working. It's already listed in http://www.asrock.com/Networking/G10/support.html#FAQ. Check for the next question and read the last line of it. How to configure G10 as an access point ?Edited by dx2 - 21 Apr 2016 at 2:45pm |

I have a G10 router running as an AP.
The only place I can see the date and time is in the "system log", however the date, year and time are all wrong. It's showing year 1970. Even I set the timezone accordingly, the date and time are still wrong. Is there anyone know where to set the date and time? |
