I upgraded my AB350 Pro4 from BIOS 5.0 with AMD Allin1 to 5.5 then 6.4 then 7.0 and finally 7.2. However when I tried to install a Ryzen 3600x or 5600x,the computer wouldn't boot. Replacing with my 1600 and computer boots fine. Any suggestions? ASRock only suggests returning my out of warranty motherboard.

Greetings, all!

I just need a little clarification on the instructions for updating the bios for the specified motherboard model on the title.

Am I correct in understanding this, that from my current Bios version 5.80, I can update it directly to Bios 7.00 and then 7.20 for the Agesa 1.2.0.7 without the need of going through the 6.xx versions?

Any responses are highly appreciated. Thank you.
Cheers, everyone!
