Dear ptselios,
You cannot switch off SATA or M.2 in BIOS, UEFI will alwys look for a boot device, and usually that is Windows bootmanager. Other option is, to use f11 to get into the bootmenu, and select the proper device. Or use a mulitboot environbment, and this info can be found on internet |

Kind Regards

Hello,
I got a Steel Legend B550 along with a Ryzen 5700G. I need to setup various OS at various points and most of the setup is automatic. I use a removable HDD for this purpose. However, in order to protect my data on the machine, I need to disable the 2 installed NVMes as well as the 2 SATA drives I have on this board. I didn't notice any relevant option, so I wander if it is actually possible to disable NVMes and SATA ports. Any help would be appreciated. |
