I ended up going with the Deepcool LS720 SE. Replaced the fans with Arctic P12s due to bad user reviews. But I love the look of the pump block.

IIRC Cooler Master has square block AIOs with minimal RGB
This one could be a nice fit too, Be Quiet! BW012
Corsair obviously also has some options too

IMO, the Be Quiet AIO would probably be a really nice fit, just not sure about how
well it performs, I have always used Corsair AIOs in my systems.
As a side note, also make sure the AIO you choose has mounting hardware for the
AM5 socket.

I've got a 7900xt Taichi and a B650e Taichi Lite motherboard.

Any ideas on what would look pair well with these for an AIO?

I was thinking a square/rectangular pump/cap, with maybe some lite-rgb on it. An LCD screen just doesn't seem like it fits correctly with the industrial theme going on with Taichi either. I'll probably do no rgb on the fans, or just not hook the rgb up on those, as I like to keep that minimal.
