There is also a chance one or more of your RAM modules could have failed. You can
test this by installing a single module in slot A2 and cycle through all your modules.
If you get no POST with any of them then the odds are on the CPU's IMC.

It also couldn't hurt to try a different PSU, a bad/failing/marginal PSU could be
causing the CPU's IMC to fail to initialize correctly.

Sadly there are a lot of factors that can cause this issue.

Try removing and reinstalling your RAM. If that doesn't work then follow the
steps here:
https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal

If you still can't get the system to POST then I am afraid there is a chance the
CPU's memory controller could have died on you (IMC). Hopefully that isn't the case.
If it is you will need to check with intel about warranty replacement (RMA) as I doubt
your store warranty is still in effect. If it is then go through the place of
purchase.

Good luck

My PC has been working for around a year now. It's a 7950x3d and 4090. I have 32gb Trident Z5 Neo. Everything has been running great. I was running in Linux this morning, powered off to reboot to Windows, and now I get this error code. I've tried clearing CMOS and unplugging from the wall for 30 minutes, but neither seemed to have helped. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!
