Can you clear, not reset, the BIOS and give it another go.
Also, what make, model, and age is the PSU you're using? |

I upgraded to a Sapphire Radeon R9 380x graphics card from a EVGA GTX750. The motherboard wouldn't boot up. The LED came up with a 97 error.
I have read there are some compatibility issues with Radeon and to upgrade the BIOS. So I upgraded it to v2.80. Now it is worse. I can no longer boot up with the old and the new graphics card. It first comes up witht he ASROCK screen with the F1, F6, etc options, but none of them work. The LED shows b4. Then the controller board shows a couple of my hard drives and the LED changes to b2. I have moved the graphics card to another PCI slot and that didn't work. I selected F6 to go into the instant flash. This came up but then you can't select F1 or F2 to reset bios. It basically hangs. Not sure now how to move forwards. It won't allow me to press F11 to boot off another device so I can try running the bios setup again. I ran the bios upgrade via Windows 7.
