Tried , hopefully it is just the ram and mb, and not the cpu.

I haven't re-read your replies, so/but ........

Test each stick individually to maybe determine a bad stick  ....?

It doesnt even go to the boot screen, just gets stuck at 33. I tried the reset with leaving it on clear, battery out, and no power for 6 hours. It still just wouldnt go past 33.

Does it run at Default values after resetting to UEFI Defaults?

I ordered this,Patriot VIPER 4 Series 2800MHz (PC4 22400) 16GB Quad Channel DDR4 Kit - PV416G280C6QK I guess if its not the ram, and 00 would be the code that the cpu is no good, if the ram doesn't work i broke the mb some how.  Actually im just gonna return the mb. Thanks again for all your help, im gonna go gigabtye.

Although on asrock site it says it doesn't. - Supports DDR4 3300+(OC)*/2933(OC)/2800(OC)/2400(OC)/2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory

The taichi isn't listed on that. But I would say so since it worked for a day.

Sorry for the no thanks yet, Thank you :) Alittle distraught that its broken. i was using 2 8gb chips. Tried switching them, and using one of each, still get the 33.

Trying the leave it unpluged for 10 mins with the cmos on reset
