	Welcome to the board. Running and turning off sounds like a PSU problem. There have been millions of new PSU that were shipped bad. A PSU can power on and seem ok but when the board calls for power, or starts to draw it can turn off. What is the model of the new PSU you bought and what CPU do you have

	The board will not power up. This is a new build and worked for about a week. Replaced the power supply, still have the problem. If the system is left unplugged for several hours, it will sometimes turn on until it is shut down and powered off. Any suggestions? The power supply seems to work, as I have jumpered the on/grnd and the fan spins up.
