You'll be waiting for a Ryzen APU until AMD releases them. No idea at this point. I guess you haven't checked the ASRock X370 boards at all, just look at the IO panel for video outputs. These ASRock X370 boards have at least one HDMI output: X370 Killer SLI and X370 Killer SLI/ac Fatal1ty X370 Gaming X Fatal1ty X370 Gaming K4 Fatal1ty X370 Gaming-ITX/ac http://www.asrock.com/mb/index.asp#AM4 |

If they come out this year it will be near the end of the year. But from what I know from what has been leaked the notebook APU's are expected to be out sometime this half of the year and the Desktop APU's aren't expected until around the beginning of next year.

I am considering waiting for a Ryzen APU for desktop to be released... How long do you think I would be waiting?
Which X370 boards support an APU, i.e. have got the video out port? Other mobo manufacturers included as I don't think ASRock has one. I would then be able to upgrade later to an RX Vega, if and when I needed to. |
