Dear pk12353p, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter the BIOS setup then press[F9] to load BIOS default setting to try. And press [F10] to save the setting afterward. 2. Please check if the power supply and all power cables are connected properly. 3. Only install the necessary devices (CPU, one stick memory and VGA) to check if the system could work properly. 4. Only install one stick memory module to each DRAM slot by turns to try. 5. Please check your cooling system is installed correctly and the CPU temperature is in a normal range. 6. Please remove the CPU fan to check if the thermal grease is well spread between CPU fan and cooler. 7. Please re-install the CPU. 8. If possible, please re-install a flash OS and drivers on another HDD for trying. 9. If possible, please change another CPU/memory/PSU to check if the system could work properly. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
