Yes x370 K4. I have this ram CMK16GX4M2B3200C16. Mem slot are in mbo default (I followed the mbo manual), don`t remember numbers now. Settings for 2993 I found here (post 19 - this guy used exactly my board and my ram): https://forum.level1techs.com/t/ryzen-instability-solved/117112/19 |

My memory that was at 2933mhz was stable for 1-2 weeks
(didn`t test stabillty in memtest, just played some games). Before 2 days when
I turned on PC it entered restart loop mode and it reverted settings to
2133mhz. I am slowly starting to give up on this board |

OK, no problem, I thought you forgot Seems like 14-18-18-34 is not stable. Last night when I turned on PC it started to shutdown and restarting and it reversed to 2133mhz. Than I loaded my settings before 14-18-18-34 so I am still on 2933mhz. What now? Not urgent, when you have time |

I didn`t change multiplier. That is the boost to 3.7 (one or two core). My cpu is on stock settings. 3.4 and in stress test it jump to 3.7ghz. From the beginning I didn`t touch anything in bios except memory settings and fan temperature.

You're changing the Multiplier between tests doesn't help.
