Your Intel socket 775 mother board uses the VIA PT880 Pro/PT880 Ultra Chipsets.
That chipset is also known as the VIA Hyperion Pro. Windows 7 has drivers built into it for that VIA chipset, but Windows 10 apparently does not. I was not able to find any drivers for your board's chipset for anything beyond Windows 7. Hi I have upgraded from W7 to W10 and graphics display is poor Device Manager does not even find now my graphics card and only yellow warning message I see is that PCI Express Root Port' is showing. Does anyone know how I find the drivers to fix the PCI express port issue?
