Put firmwares in a root of a system disk, USB is not necessary. Bios perfectly reads them.

Have you cleared CMOS?  If that doesn't work, try taking out ram, only leaving 1 stick in.  When I updated to 4.4 I unplugged all of my inputs except audio, power, monitor, mouse, and keyboard... all of my other hardware (Oculus rift, multiple sensors, peripherals, controllers, printers) were taken off to help get the system initially booted and I had zero problems.

Also, did you clear CMOS before applying 4.4? (after applying 3.3, before 4.4)

Today I updated to BIOS 3.30 first, did a reboot, downloaded Version 4.40, put it onto an USB Stick,
rebooted and installed the new BIOS.
Now the system goes into a loop trying to boot with no success.

Any tip, help?
Thanks in advance
