Looks like you found the fuse. If you are up for some board level soldering to replace it, that should fix the problem. You must have triggered the ESD protection (blown the fuse).

If someone else happens to the right of the USB port there is a fuse not recommended to jump over it burned to replace it with a new one.

Hello guys I have ASRock FM2A55M-SUC this morning several times without looking I tried to plug a USB cable and now the rear USB panel does not work. The front ports work. I have a USB port tester plugging it in back does not show me any voltage completely dead. And it is normal in front of everything. I reset the BIOS several times and restart again. Can you give me a hand?
