Anyone have any insight on this issue? I see another user has same problem, but not sure if he over clocked anything.

Hello Support,
May I receive some assistance with my Asrock X99M Killer 3.1. Problem: When go to shutdown computer (Start > Shutdown), the computer will shut off for 3-5 seconds and then turn itself on again. Diagnosis: Memory overclocked to 3200MHz (32x100 strap) 1.35v ram, 0.96v vccsa 16-18-18-38 1t Tested overclock with aida64 memory + cache over night - Stable Tested overclock with HCI Memtest over night - 2500% pass no errors - Stable Further diagnosis: Backed down the memory divider to 28x100 strap and kept all settings same = Computer shuts down fine and does not restart. Is there a reason why using the 3200MHz overclock will cause the computer to restart on it's own when I go to shutdown? Full system specs: 5820k overclocked to 4.3ghz 1.2v adaptive, 1.85vin, llc 3 asrock x99m killer 3.1 corsair lpx 16gb 4x4 modules stock 3000 c15 corsair ax650 msi gtx 980
