   Do you have any regular SATA devices connected (specifically on sata 4 & 5)  ? If not I would email Tech support as it sounds like a defect.

	No. I removed all other drives, only left M2_2 in, and there was nothing in BIOS.

	Does it show up in BIOS main page (or under Advanced > Storage) when in m2_2 ?

	So, Samsung EVO 960 does not get detected in M2_2 (UEFI, windows, linux...) but works in M2_1. I guess M2_2 is faulty?
