The J3455M is like the z370 motherboards and is designed for Windows 10. Windows 7 does not include USB 3.0 drivers which both boards have. You need to download and install the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Driver to get USB to work. Get it here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22824/
You probably should install the Intel Chipset INF driver file found here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27504/ The PCI Simple Communications Controller is not needed for Windows 7, don't worry about it ! |

I put a fresh install of Windows 7. I have legacy enabled. The following drivers do not install (yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager):
PCI Simple Communications Controller Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller Unknown Device (it is ACPI/INT3452) When executing the Intel Trusted Execution Engine from the Motherboard CD, I get the message "The operating system is not supported." I have searched for drivers and found nothing. I tried Driver Easy Pro and it shows them "up to date", but when looking at them, it indicates that no driver is installed. USB devices (such as mouse and flash drive) work correctly when in CMOS (UEFI), but will not operated in Windows (no drivers).
