This is a ryzen issue. When this happens try to press windows key + ctrl + shift + b. Its not an issue with your motherboard but an issue with the graphics driver crashing.

Hi guys, my configuration is

ASRock AB350M Pro4
Ryzen 2200g / Vega 8
Geil Evo Forza 2 3000mhz 2x4 gb (verified)
500W PSu
Kingston 240gb SSD

Now, I've seen threads of this exact motherboard freezing, and I've learned that it's factory problem or whatever.

So I have seen peoples freezes that happen offten, like every 20-30 minutes, mines are different. They don't happen as often, like 2 times a day and what happens is when I do something, or sometimes even randomly while watching youtube videos or something, the screen goes black BUT the sound is still going in the background, it's not BSOD per se but I can't do anything unless I restart the PC, and when I do, no error comes up as if nothing happened to PC.

So I tried memtest, easily went through with no errors, I tried, benchmarking, overloading nothing to even shake up the pc, temps are very low, like 50s low, I installed latest updates, got latest drivers and the problem still persisted.

So I'm going to be honest, I tried to get the replacement motherboard, but they denied the warantee cus they couldnt find the problem, eventhough I specifically said that PC had to be used for a little while which they proabably didn't.

Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks in advance
