Dear Bourdu, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to this case, there are some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please keep the BIOS in default value. You can load optimized BIOS default value by [F9] key. 2. Please check if system can detect the HDD in BIOS under Storage Configuration page. 3. Please change another SATA port to check if system can detect the HDD. 4. Please install the HDD to another system to check if it can work properly. 5. If possible, please install another SATA cable.
