I submitted a ticket regarding my board being defective upon arrival with one of the VRM's not being aligned correctly. I have heard nothing back from anyone in TS about this

ASRock has released an official statement regarding issues with AM5 motherboards
and select Ryzen 9000 series CPUs.
Any users experiencing these issues should keep an eye on their product download page for BIOS updates. I have been assured that ASRock is working hard to address these issues and is dedicated to ensuring the stability and compatibility of it's products.
