   Hey there just built a budget gaming PC for fun. I have a question about the A-Tuning software. After I tested the fans I got an unusual result with my 3 Artic 120mm fans- they ramped up RPMs at each 10% interval but at 100% the rpms are significantly less than at 90%. This was true for all three although the exact rpms differed. The 90% range for the three was 1612 - 1528 but the 100% range was 1181-1229. What could be the explanation for this? The CPU fan ramps up as one would expect.

I'm on a B360m Extreme board.
