Hello I have a motherboard asrock FM2A88X-ITX +
AMD A10 7890K processor
Ddr3 Corsair Dominator Platinum 2 ? 8GB 2400MHz cl10 ref: CMD16GX3M2A2400C10. My problem is that the motherboard does not use the 2,400 MHz of Ddr3. How should I do? Should he change BIOS? Thank you for your help.

When you say it "does not use the 2,400 MHz of DDR3" are you saying it doesn't boot at all with it, or that it won't run stably with it at 2400?

the computer is running but the DDR operates at 1333 MHz with timing 10 12 12 32.
is it possible that my DDR is counterfeit?

No, it's most likely not counterfeit.

When you install new or very different sticks they will default to JEDEC "safety' timings of usually 1333 so that they will ba at a low speed, ensuring they will boot to the BIOS for the users to set XMP or the timings manually.

Find the XMP Settings in the BIOS and set it to XMP Profile 1, Save, and reboot.

Post back what happened when you do this please.

BIOS > OC Tweaker > DRAM Timing Configuration > DRAM Frequency - change from Auto and IIRC you'll the see the XMP setting. Select XMP Profile 1, click the Exit tab, Save and Reboot.

That should set the sticks to 2400.

If it doesn't boot after doing the above, post back and I'll direct you to pushing a smidge more voltage into the memory controller
