The default, Auto speed of your memory is 1333, that is normal.
Your memory will not automatically run at 2400, you must set it to 2400 yourself. You can set the memory speed to 2400 by doing this: In the BIOS, OC Tweaker screen, find the DRAM Frequency option, and set it to 2400. You will also need to set the DRAM Voltage to 1.65V. You will also need to go to the DRAM Timing Control screen, and set the memory timings to the correct values for the 2400 speed. Or as wardog said, if you find an XMP setting in the DRAM Frequency options, select it and it should set the memory speed to 2400, and set the DRAM Voltage to 1.65V. The information page for your memory on Corsair's website does not say it is compatible with AMD boards and processors. It does show two Intel boards, Z77 and X79.
