GPU Booting Problem

If the GPU isn't getting enough power to initialize properly then yes, it could be.

So, before I reinstall the windows I must clear the bios, right? should I remove the CMOS battery and put it back in or just Load UEFI Default in the BIOS ?

I wouldn't say that a 15$ PSU is adequate LOL gonna change it most probably on friday or early with a Sirtec - High Power EP-500BR II

This is my current PSU model

could this be an accomplice too ?

DO clear your bios FIRST.

Assuming all else is working fine and you have an adequate PSU there is no reason it shouldn't be now. Guarantee? I can't go that far.

These are the partitions I have. I don't see any EFI System Partition so I guess its not EFI.
It's a build that have been working fine with the H81M-VG4 untill I changed the GPU.

If installing the Windows in UEFI mode would fix the problem, how can I do it ?

Right click on the Start button, select Disk Management, and if it's installed with UEFI you will see a 100MB partition that states it is ""Healthy (EFI System Partition)""

No, not installed in EFI/UEFI mode it won't be.

Anytime you change a major piece of hardware, like a video card, you should clear the UEFI/BIOS with the Clear CMOS jumper on the board.

Disabling CSM is normally something that you cannot do unless you installed Windows with CSM set to disabled. Also, the way Microsoft formats the OS drive when CSM is disabled, it still includes an MBR partition so the OS installation will boot with CSM enabled.

Did you install Windows 10 for UEFI booting?
