Just a data point for everyone.

SLI Killer/AC Bios 2.10
G.Skill Tridentz 3600 Ram 8Gb (x2)
running the following timings 3200 14-14-14-14-34-1T
Booted right up with no drama.

What specific PN is the TridentZ kit? Users knowing that would be a useful data point WinkTongue

And congrats on the "booted right up".

The problem is that it doesn't boot up when Im changing ram freq to greater than 2133. I have the newest mobo bios. Should I change my ram Or do something more - looks like changing profile to xfr also doesn't work:-(
I have the same kit.  I HAD it going stable @ 2667, IIRC @ 16-16-16-16-38 1.35V on BIOSes PRIOR to 2.00.  That was showing in every utility to be running at 1T CR.

WITH 2.00 I can get it to 2400, 1.35V with loose timings, IRC 18-18-18-18-53 (check the pro thread I think I put the values in one of my posts).  EVERY utility NOW shows it to be running at CR 2T!  ALL attempts to go above 2400 @ 1.35V now fail.

ALSO the QVL list has been EDITED. MANY parts that used to be on it are NOW GONE!

2.00 is utter crap IMNHO and should've been pulled other than I guess that they wanted the Ryzen 5 support and FMA3 workaround. o.w. IME it's a SERIOUS REGRESSION from ALL PRIOR betas/releases.  In addition to crap(pier) RAM support they also BORKED profile loading, so really I guess that 2.00 should've been put under betas...

My board came with 1.20 BIOS originally but I pretty much went to the first BIOS that the WTF they call their in BIOS flash method enabled/working as IIRC the only way to update at the time was with the nailbiting windows method.

I was able to run 2400 with 15,15,15,15,38. 2666 doesn't start even with higher latencies.

I'm revisiting many of the sites I used as reference prior to my AsRock/Ryzen purchase and found a few to pass on regarding memory/performance information:

Here is the first:
http://www.legitreviews.com/ddr4-memory-scaling-amd-am4-platform-best-memory-kit-amd-ryzen-cpus_192259

And I routinely check the RyMem page... only to see Asus and Gigabyte dominate with memory compatibility and speeds. I hope the updates anticipated this month help address some of the issues with later updates over the months bringing even better results. Here is the RyMem page which is a very good reference:

http://rymem.vraith.com/basic/top10

As well as this very decent guide (at least it helped me get better timings on my DDR4):

http://www.overclockers.com/amd-ryzen-overclocking-guide/

...and of course with a new platform/architecture there will be a need for some patience and realistic expectations on my part, so on goes the adventure.

I've decided to stick to my 32gb ripjaws with 2400 Mhz - I think there is no such big benefit from going higher - I saw that 2400 vs 3200 it's about couple of percent. It's not reasonable for me to spend 200$ more for hope that Trident Z will work with higher freq someday. Anyway I will stay tuned to see if any bios update will improve possible frequencies.

A couple of percentage points? You must've referred to prior info on some other sites. There can be significant read/write changes with faster speeds as indicated on one of the sites I linked to. In just read/write is was up to 46.4 percent once 3200Mhz memory was achieved/used.

Also in a 'general' way when running at higher M/T's and lower latency between the CCX's all programs/games/OS's will perform better. That in itself is what I wish to achieve just by running at the rated speed of my DDR4(3200Mhz/1600Mt's) and then some adjustment to the BCLK(when fixed to perform similar to Asus and Gigabyte's currently do... and have done) I expect even a greater boost. True it could be only a couple of percentage points with some programs or it could be vastly higher in others.

I have an Intel I-7(Ivy Bridge) workstation and I upgraded my FX-8350 workstation to a Ryzen 7 1800X. It's a HUGE performance difference, with potentially more once the DDR4 and BCLK issues on my X370 Professional Gaming/Bios version 2.00 are brought up to parity with Asus and Gigabyte.

At least that is my wish...

I was refering to games frame rates - it was only couple of frames more in most cases. Of course there are cases when it was more than 10%. Anyway looks like even "ryzen memory" flare x has only 2400Mhz in 32gb version kit;/ but 16gb for me is not enough. I just don't see any better option now - looks like even with higher TridentZ 32gb it will not even work with 2666Mhz;/

Fook man. Two thumbs up on those timings! Nice. Very Nice! Those would look good on a 32GB Kit. Never mind you've done this with a 64GB Kit.

Understood, in gaming it will likely provide single digit performance increase going from DDR4@2400mhz to DDR4@3200mhz. I also gather how 'important' gaming is to many and a 'single digit' increase by going to 3200mhz or above may be found just 'ok'.

I went with a Gskill kit on my last couple of builds and had little issues that Gskill didn't address rather quickly. It was impressive so I went with a 'non-approved' Ryzen Memory kit from Gskill knowing that I could still achieve some performance out of them. I had some success with timings but not frequency, although this weekend maybe that will change. I d/l the new Bios(ver2.20) for the X370 Pro Gaming and will try out some of the reported DDR4 options. Who knows, maybe 2666mhz or above for me? Perhaps you too?
