However, you stated that 1.0.0.4a AGESA wasn't available... That was a lie. Edit: It could be that the motherboard has issues. However, all manufacturers have lemons, so there's no guarantee jumping ship will change anything. Wait for .6....see how that does.

AMD said mid-June for the UEFI/BIOS updates with 1.0.0.6.

I have the same board as in the post above, I hope it gets 1.0.0.6 last.

There is 1.0.0.4a AGESA BIOS from 26/04.

If I knew it would take so long to get BIOS updates I would have bought Asus board, their cheapest one have agesa .6 updates already. I got x370 Killer SLI and there is not even Agesa .4 for the moment.
