Dear LordPlayboy, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your Bluetooth question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting. 2. Please un-install the Bluetooth driver from Control Panel. After that, please enter to the device manager to check if you can see the Bluetooth device. If not, try to right click the "Desktop-xxxxx" at the top of the Device Manager to Scan for Hardware change. Check whether it can work with Win10 inbox driver. 3. After uninstalling the Bluetooth driver, please install Intel Bluetooth driver ver:19.60.0.3 from our driver support page to verify: 4. If possible, please reinstall the OS to verify. Thanks! Hi,
First few days it was working properly on Win10. Then suddenly stop. Try to reinstall driver and software but nothing working. This is the msg showing in device manager. This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE Is there any other way can repair it by myself if it is hardware problem or if it is software please tell me what to do. Thank guys. |
