Surely these boards pass QC and startup post tests before they're shipped?

Can we see a photo of your board with the power connectors attached?

Just returned this mother board to the PC store this morning. A guy tested the board and also could not boot it up. He then swapped my CPU to a spare Taichi board and it worked straightway.

I have filled in a form and will get a new pro gaming board next week since it is currently out stock.

I am also surprised this time.  I have never seen that a brand new PC parts is faulty since 1999 when I started building up my PCs.
