Having the same problem with the same MoBo, i tried the suggested drivers on AsRock support page and the ones on the Realtek page. It worked for the first day, the day after again, the connection started to be unstable.
I wrote to AsRock today, i'll post their reply here.

Anyone have any suggestion meanwhile?
Greetings!

For starters your NOX PSU is over rated by about 125-150w.

Are you allowing Windows Update to keep your drivers current?

After contacting AsRock they suggested to uninstall and reinstall the drivers from the MoBo support page.

Did not worked.

Searching on the web i found this solution http://www.overclock.net/forum/11-amd-motherboards/1646115-asrock-ab350-pro4-windows-10-ethernet-issues.html

It seems to work, until now.
