My machine has AB350M Pro4 (Bios 4.70) + Ryzen 2400g. I had problems with WiFi card so much that force me to switch back to my old machine. But after update AMD driver Adrenalin Edition, I do not face any freeze or reboot at all. Hopefully, I will allow me to work on the machine.
By the way, I still have graphic problems with Linux distros. I look forward to next Bios update and Linux kernel. Good luck you all.

One thing that i observed when my pc freezes is a little more loud vibration (just a little) that come from it. Since my vga doesn't have any fan , i think this "vibration" comes from the cpu's fan.
I am using now the 4.70 bios and the problem still persist. -------------------------------------------------------- Other bugs that my pc got: Sometimes when i restart after a freeze it and keep pressing the F2 button to acess bios my pc makes 5 beeps (error in processor) i made several test, played games for more than 1 month since it started to frozen again so i dont think its a defective cpu, just a "false posivite". My cpu is a Ryzen 1200 stock Sometimes my pc freezes if i try to turn on and off my printer. It's frozen the same way the others freezes occours. My old pc never frozen when i did this with this printer so i believe this is another bug that came with this motherboard. Since i updated the bios from 4.50 to 4.70 my pc gets sometimes another beep errors (1 long followed with 03 shorts) that indicate some vga problem. Its happens more often when i try to underclock my ram to 2133 or 1866 mhz. The memory should work at 2400 mhz. |

Paid today a cheap Biostar A320 motherboard. I think i will receive it in one week. I tried to stay with ASRock board, but those fukcing freezes are to annoying, constant and frustating to me. Serious, almost 5 months with this and no hope of fixing. Not a word from ASRock.

Why do you people even use 4.xx bios? Just use 3.40 for first Ryzen gen, and 4.xx for Ryzen 2nd gen.
I have an AB350 Pro4 (not an "m" version), and everything is ok on my end. I'm on bios 3.40. My Ryzen 3 1200 is running at 3.9 GHz @ 1.36V, and my Patriot 8GB 2400 MHz is running at 2666 (OC'ed). No problems so far, but can't go to higher RAM frequency, nor CPU.

Feel lucky if you can use 3.40... but think about what's going on with you if you upgrade your CPU in the future with this MB.
Using Raven Ridge (strictly: Zen CPU + iGPU draining from same VRM, not from 2 different as occurs when you use a Zen CPU without grpahics + discreet GPU ) is almost impossible for more than a few days. Give it a try if you want to understand what's the matter with the (no) voltage control, offset, llc and soc voltage in the bios of the MB. Cann't be optimized for Summit Ridge and next Zen cpus (Raven & Pinnacle) at the same time. XFR+ and Precision Boost Overdrive can not be propperly handled with the BIOS options, having peaks that shut down the system first in a few hours, then in a few minutes until you put the board to rest for a long time. So, if you disable the iGPU using Raven Ridge (nice, why buy an APU then?) and lock the voltage lower to keep away form the usual 1.55 maybe you can use the board carefully. With Ryzen 2000, due it tends to hit in the same way RR does the 1.55 VCore without LLC due to XFR2... you are going to have the same problems, unless you switch off the performance boost, and finish having an not so capable processor. In my opinion, best can be done with this MB is: use with Ryzen 1000. And, as Asrock indicates, BIOS must be 3.40. Maybe the following AB450M Pro4 give full BIOS options and quality componentes to endure the power fluctuation Ryzen 2000 needs... or maybe will keep the same Bios options and componentes the B350 uses with no success when Ryzen 1000 is not the cpu. We will see soon.
