i just run your system thru the coolermaster power supply calculator
with the titan clocked at 1800 mhz and the ryzen at 4.1
this system will pull 632 watts ..............................................

in worst case scenario psu will just overheat
but that wattage would be usualy when u put some heavy load on it (smt like stress test)
usualy gaming isnt hard for both cpu/gpu

you miss the point kerberos

im not saying it will prevent booting

im saying for a new build costing over 2000 dollers the design is lacking a high enough psu unit
for typical power draw to remain in its comfort zone

as for effects of pulling too much power close to the limit than stability can actually come into effect for the system with random crashing etc ,even down to jet turbine noise from the psu fan trying to keep it cool,

hence my suggestion that the psu was bought a bit on the small side

Ok I have a new question, so I installed Fedora onto my computer but every time I try to boot it says

sd 3:0:0:0: [sda] no caching mode page found
sd 3:0:0:0: [sda] assuming drive cache: write through
sp4100-tco sp4100-tco: 1/0 address 0x0xd6 already in use
kvm: disabled by bios
kvm: disabled by bios

this displays for like half 2 seconds and then the signal goes out...and then I have to restart my mobo and the loop continues unless I go to the bios screen.. Ive been troubleshooting since I last posted here, and Ive tried researching online and can't figure out what to do. Any ideas?

PS: I went and returned my 650PSU and got the 1000Watt one
