For the past year, when I attempt to go into the UEFI, it loads and stays black. Then when I move the mouse around the screen, it reveals the area the mouse passes over, but does not show any UI components forcing me to restart the computer. Then when I attempt to use the Boot to UEFI tool, It will restart the system, but nothing will happen. It sits at a black screen until I restart the system. I have attempted to update the BIOS to correct the problem, but when it boots to the UEFI to update, it does the same thing as when I boot to the UEFI on my own. I have not been able to find anything like this online and I am running out of options. If needed, I can take a video of what it does and post.

Dear Gopherskid,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try.

1.       Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.

2.       Remove the graphics card and use the onboard graphics.

3.       Update BIOS to the latest version.

If still not work, could you provide a video for us to clarify?

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
