It says Vcore Auto phase (enable or disable), Vcore Frequency (300k 400k 500k 600k), GT auto phase (enable or disable) . GT frequency (300k 400k 500k 600k). can someone explain them please.

DaddyOG, what bios did you update to? I was able to update to 3.20 but I get problems trying to update to 3.30. I have the same board as you.

Thanks.

i did instant flash to 3.30 and to be honest it's sorta better and more stable on the CPU for overclocking. Also i noticed I did XMP profile on ram for 4266 and it auto picked my voltages for Dram and for the VCCSA and VCCIO but it set them a little too high to 1.25 and 1.350 so i took them back down to 1.20 and 1.30

DaddyOG, I tried with instant flash and it gave me something about file being invalid! What is the exact procedure you did? Did you rename the file on the USB?
