AB350 Pro4 restart no boot

   Every time restart my pc it won?�t boot again.
But if shutdown it and remove power for 2 to 5 sec, it will run fine again.
Im using windows 10 and 2400G CPU.

Please press hotkey [F2] or [Delete] enter to the BIOS during post and then press hotkey [F9] load BIOS default. 2.
