Z370 Fatal1ty Gaming 6 or i7
Z370 Taichi https://appsync.biz/speed-test/

Z390 Phantom Gaming 6 or 9
Z390 Taichi/Ultimate

For an 8086k those are the ASRock boards I would be looking at. One of the key reasons I like ASRock products is because with them, you get exactly what you pay for.   If it costs more, it delivers more. The same is true the other way, when it gets cheaper, things are cut out to save cost and if the removed features are not immediately apparent (no 10gb/s LAN with Taichi vs Taichi Ultimate) then it typically means the savings come from using cheaper components on things like the VRM.

Thank you so much!

Same pitch here but i wouldnt call it a curse. Furthermore i need parts that makes sure nothing bottleneck.

Thanks in advance.
