An update. In BIOS switched 1x16x to 2x8x for PCI slots and Plextor showed up in Storage devices, so I booted into Windows again :) Also I have 4x8Gb memory, it is set to XMP profile 1, which is 3600Mhz, and so far works good, but I didn,t test it with any memory diag. program, just ran Prepar3D and Corona render benchmark. |

After going through lots of tries on the BIOS, my issues persisted. Looks like it might be the BIOS chip itself so I RMA'd the board. Will post back when I have an update. Really want this board to work before I decide on another.

I've received BIOS 3.51 from the ASRock support, now saving of settings is working again! |

All I know is as good as Ryzen is I know my next build will be Intel. I can see why Intel does not really have many CPU's that work on older motherboards and I give them credit for that. There are way to many issues as we all can see here with new CPUs and older motherboards. In the end I think it's worth it to just buy a new cpu and motherboard and be done with it.
