Posted: 24 Aug 2019 at 12:06pm
First time using the forums to discuss my issue here, so go easy on me. x.x"

I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem before. I purchased an X570 Steel Legend a month ago for my first AMD PC Build. Motherboard is working fine for the most part, except for the RGB synchronization. Whether I use the PolyChrome Utility or go into my BIOS, red is somehow green, and green is red. Blue seems to be the only color that remains a constant.

As it stands, that seems to be my biggest issue. If anyone is willing to help me out through this, I'm all ears.

And just in case if anyone needs the specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro/2x8GB @3000MHz
Graphic Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 (I'm planning to upgrade to a RTX 2070 Super)

Motherboard BIOS Version: 1.60 (Planning to update to 1.70 soon)
ASRock PolyChrome RGB Version: 2.0.25

same.

I have found at least 2 problems.

1. Sync doesn't work

2. Firmware may not be updated

-----
I regret having bought this product.

There are many problems with RGB Sync,
Do ASRock ignore reports from many users?

Please more spend time solving this problems.
Otherwise, the real cause will be hidden with

Also getting the red/green color swap, and flickering in my LEDs.

After reading thru all 8 pages or the linked post, I haven't found Nothing I have not tried yet. Anyone have any more suggestions? How long do we have for a warranty return?
