What exactly are these settings and what should I set to them from DRAM calculator?
Some said, VDD_SOC is the value of "SOC voltage". Others said I also need to set PREM VDDCR_SOC. Should it be set to the same value? It's confusing. |

well that would lead to the conclusion that
the system cant handle 4 sticks of ram at 3600 using the timings its setting so either try manually entering timings using the ryzen dram calculator or running 2 sticks or running at 3200 |

I lowered the frequency to 3200 MHz, and it's not rebooting like I said.

What the problem can be exactly, the CPU, RAM or motherboard / firmware? I.e. should I may be RMA something?

Just for a test, I tried setting frequency to 3200 MHz (keeping other settings from 3600 MHz profile). It doesn't reboot.

I just run one test. Lowered RAM frequency to auto (1866 MHz). It's not rebooting, and temperature doesn't go above 71°C.
When I set XMP profile to 3600 MHz/CL16 - it rebooted like before, at around 72.5°C. I'll run separate RAM tests, could be this is just some defective RAM causing it. |

Some suggested, UEFI could messing up thermal trip points. Just checked my setup, and I see this:
What exactly are those values? -32768000 looks weird. My kernel config has these: [code] CONFIG_ACPI_THERMAL=y CONFIG_ACPI_THERMAL_REL=m [code] |

Correction - a bug in BIOS. But it also says, that AGESA lowered max fan speed activation to 75C.
