For those who haven't yet returned their B450 ITX:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ASRock/comments/dff4wl/fatal1ty_b450_gamingitxac_bios_354_sent_by_asrock/ (I'm 4 for 4 with Asus ITX boards and Ryzen 3600, but figured if you're still stuck with the Asrock one, it might help. Reddit post not mine) |

I've tried it. No boot-loops so far. But neither no Windows. The rolling dots starts and then black screen ;-( Load 3.52 again and Windows starts normal.

19hba66 it sounds like you just need to reinstall windows or hit reset after it
starts loading over and over until it pulls up the repair dialogue. Select safe mode and it should fix any boot issues. |

I've tried triggering a repair mode, but it never comes up. I just tried booting from install media and choose repair PC. It run diagnosing, but reported it could not repair Win. I then just choose to restart Win and what do you know: Windows started! Now I'm gonna test if i can restart without boot-fail and setting the UEFI back to my preferred settings |

I'd download latest Windows 10 from Microsoft.com from the USB media creation tool, then create a new USB Flash drive with the latest version and then quickly install a Windows in a new partition or drive. If this works, then at least you will know that the problem is related to the old windows partition and could be some driver. |

I just updated my b450 ITX to the 3.54 file linked above. Of course it took 20 min to post so I can update it but it appears ok now that it's loaded. I'll shut it down for a while at some point then do a cold boot (probably this weekend), that'll be the true test. I'll keep you guys updated.

I didn't have any wait on the boot, the Windows rotating wheel shows for a moment, but Windows will not start, just shows a black screen |

I set my PBO+200 & infinity 1867 sync with my 3733 XMP profile. So far everything's good but I haven't shut it down for a period of time. I'm going against my gut and shutting it down for a couple hours, I'll try to give an update in a couple hours if it boots up without issue. Once I got it to boot, it was never an issue unless it was shut down for a bit, at that point I'd always have to fight it. Wish me luck. I wish I had something to offer with your Windows issue but I don't, I didn't have any issues with it booting up once it posted after the update. |

So far so good, I'll update again if I have problems or if there's still no issues after a few days.
