Dear All,
I'm not sure but the memory I allocate (4gb) for my videocard does not correspond with the memory shown in Windows 10 (2gb). Any ideas? Regards, Hardware: - Motherboard: ASROCK a320M-HDV (with UEFI A320M-HDV P6.00 - GPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400g - Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX - DDR4 16gb 3000mhz |

Dear Vanderweyden,
Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum. This is technical support from ASRock forum. Regarding your question about onboard graphics memory, when allocating more than 2GB memory, CSM support needs to be disabled. Please refer to the following link for further details. https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=464 With thanks, ASRock TSD |

Dear Sir,
Thanks for the reply, but it seems I'm unableto to disable to CSM support. If I do my system restarts and automatically opens the BIOS. Nor am I able to go to "OC Tweaker\OC Mode Change Switch\AMD CBS Setting" Regards, |

Dear Vanderweyden,
Will the system go into BIOS at all? If you are not able to go into BIOS, please remove the HDD/SSD from your system and try. With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 15 Nov 2019 at 4:25pm |

Yes, after disabling CSM support and restarting my computer it automatically opens the BIOS/UEFI (I don't even have to press "DEL" or whatsover).

Dear Vanderweyden,
It is normal that the system will enter BIOS when HDD is removed. If installing the HDD/SSD will the same behavior happen, please make sure that the HDD/SSD is formatted as GPT. By installing the Win10 while CSM is disabled will assure that your HDD/SSD is installed in GPT format. With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 15 Nov 2019 at 7:18pm |
