Just upgraded to 3.77 Beta on X470 Taichi Ultimate. They seem to have fixed this bug:

- Infinite spinning logo when trying to restart straight into the BIOS using the ASRock tool.

However, this bug remains:

- FCLK 1800 / MEMCLK 3600 doesn't boot at all, despite manually setting IF on both the main page and in AMD settings.

The default CLDO_VDDP setting is now 1.05 V, which is far too high, but the default CLDO_VDDG setting is now back to 0.95 V where it should be. Fixing CLDO_VDDP can be done on the main OC page simply enough.

Firstly, there is a bug that forces CLDO_VDDG to 0.7 V if you set your FLCK to 1800 MHz, which is clearly far too low and is probably the reason the system doesn't boot.

Secondly, my particular system was running 100% stable at FCLK=MEMCLK=1800MHz on the previous BIOS, so it's not a hardware limitation.
