Has anyone gotten Sleep/Hibernate to work with this board, when combined with a Ryzen 3000 processor?

I'm running UEFI vers. 3.70 and still can't get it to work. When waking up the PC from Sleep/Hibernate, it always boot-loops and Windows starts as from Shutdown.

Which brings me to another peculiarity. Often, when using Shutdown, the PC starts as if being put to Sleep; all programs that was open on shutdown reappears. Very strange

It's as if the UEFI can't interpret the different power states sent from Windows.

All in all a very frustrating experience with this motherboard

Specs:
Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac (3.70)
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 cooled by an ID-COOLING IS-60
2x8 GB G.Skill F4-3200C14D-16GFX Flare X
MSI Radeon RX 560 AERO ITX 4G OCV2
1TB Intel SSD 660p (NVMe)+1 TB 860 QVO SSD (SATA)
All mounted in Fractal Node 202 with Corsair SF450 PSU (450W) and one Fractal Venturi HP-12 PWM fan

But isn't that what Sleep and Hibernate is supposed to do?

My Windows reports the following:

The following sleep states are available on this system:
    Standby (S3)
    Hibernate
    Hybrid Sleep
    Fast Startup (disabled)

The following sleep states are not available on this system:
    Standby (S1)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.

    Standby (S2)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.

    Standby (S0 Low Power Idle)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.

The problem might be you are new to this and it isn't necessarily an Asrock issue. I have mine running well after I properly got it set up. First of all, try these steps:

1. Update MB to newest firmware
2. Up the ram voltage in small steps. (I run mine at 1.38)
3. Forget the XMP (Intel) profile. Use the AMD Dram calculator for optimal settings.

The biggest thing for me was #2 for eliminating the BSOD. You do these steps and you should be fine (Presuming your memory is OK & compatible to work with your hardware)
