Hi,

I just bought a asrock x570 pro4 motherboard. I put in amd 3900 cpu and memory card and PSU, when I turn on the power, there is no response. No beep, no light, the cpu fan and psu fan not spining. If I remove cpu and memory, just plain motherboad and psu. Same response, no standby led light up and no psu fan spinning when turn the power on. Does this mean the motherboard is bad? This is the second motherboard, I returned the first one because it was same behaviour. I tested psu works fine with other motherboard.

Hi, if 2 mobo behave the same then it is 99.9999% something else is the problem, not mobo. Trying looking else where. Especially installation handiwork mistake. good luck.

I bought a new psu. Still same problem. I think it is motherboard problem. Is there a standby LED for this x570m pro board?
