Why is asrock not replying to support tickets, over the last few months ive politely sent 3 support tickets regarding my problems with z370 extreme 4 and all i got was automated email response to lett me know they have received my email. This is very poor customer service and im really disapointed.

What is your problem with your z370 ?
I have two and might be able to help unless: you are overclocking or using unsupported hardware, cannot help you there. |
