I built my PC recently, it is new X470 Master SLI/ac but the sound has some problems. The rear ports do not detect any devices such as headphones or speakers.
I have tried different drivers or different ports even reinstalling Windows10 no work. Please help. I have no idea about my system. |

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting. 2. Please plug the speaker into an audio jack, click the speaker icon in task bar and check if the speaker is detected. 3. If HDMI Audio is used, please click the speaker icon in task bar and select the audio output to your speaker. 4. Un-install the current audio driver and restart the system.
