I have problems with the frequency of RAM, have the memory corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 2x8GB 3200Mhz C16 and MB B450M STEEL LEGEND BIOS 2.90, I can only run them in 3066 Mhz if the step does not turn on the computer.

Did you load the XMP Profile?
This should increase the volts in RAM and the MHz |
