Hello

I have a b450m steel legend and I was wondering should I set the chassis fans to be controlled by the motherboard temp or CPU temp? If I use CPU temp, the fans spin up and down constantly and loud whining and stuff happens. BUT if I set them to motherboard temp and STANDARD fan curve in BIOS, GPUZ gives me a THRM perf cap. The motherboard doesn't get very hot for the Standard fan curve in bios so the fan speed doesn't increase much. I want the fans to ramp up to the max when im playing a game.

Is a THRM perfcap in GPUZ something to worry about? if I leave my case open it doesn't happen.

Also, is the setting listed anywhere for the preset fan curve setting in FAN-TASTIC Tuning? Its hard to figure out what they are to duplicated them...

Thanks...
