I got a new graphics card and power supply. I installed both and the machine boots up fine. Everything is fine except the sound. Everything worked just fine audio wise with my old graphics card and power supply plugged in.

On the back of the computer it has the audio jacks from the motherboard. I plug in my headset and nothing comes out. I plug in speakers and nothing comes out. I got to sound settings and it shows a the volume bar moving like it registers something is playing. I tried all inputs it would allow me to choose (headphones, speaker-3, etc). Nothing ever plays sound.

I then try hooking up to the front of the computer. When I plug in the aux for headphones in the front I hear sound when the aux is half way plugged in. As soon as I plug it in all the way it goes silent. If i have it half plugged in working and then plug in the microphone aux it goes silent also.

I opened up my PC and made sure everything was plugged all the way in and it seems to be plugged in all the way. I feel like it has to be something not plugged in all the way but how come it works when its half plugged in on the front side?

I downloaded the latest realtek audio drivers from ASRock's site and still nothing.
