If you have already tried other cables (please try DVI if you have not already)
then you can try powering on the system with only 1 stick of RAM in slot A2, CPU,
monitor, keyboard, mouse and power supply connected. No drives. Also make sure
the RAM is properly seated in the slot and that you have the 8pin CPU power (4+4 pin)
connected.

Great, so your CPU does have an iGPU. I am guessing you are using an HDMI cable
to connect to your display, if so, try a different one or even better, try a
DVI or D-Sub (VGA) cable. More often than not with this kind of issue the cable
is the problem, there are many different standards of HDMI and older cables don't
always work on newer systems.

We need full system specs to help you.

Is it a i7 9700 or a 9700F? If it is the F version you will need a dedicated GPU.

Hello, we have recently bought an Asrock b365m pro4 motherboard and we have the following problem:
We have installed an Intel Core i7 9700 processor with a Kingston Hyperx DDR4 2666 RAM memory but we have not managed to get the computer to show us an image on the monitor, we have installed the steaker but it does not make any sound, instead if we remove the RAM memory if it warns us with beeps.

That could be happening?
