Dear Digital AudionetworX,
Thank you for posting your query to the ASRock forum. We have also received your question from the technical support inbox. And the case has been responded via the technical email. First, kindly be noted that when thunderbolt devices are plugged, please make sure that TB devices are put to a place that will not be easily touched with any physical means. We have also examined what will happen when the thunderbolt header is moved slightly. The thunderbolt signal will not be lost even some forces are provided to the thunderbolt cable header. For more detailed information, kindly refer to your mailbox. With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 24 Jul 2020 at 2:41pm |

We are a System Builder in Germany and bought 3 Z490 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 for testing purpose. Its the only ITX 1200 Socket board with TB besides MSI currently. But we have a problem with all three boards, the TB connector loses the connection as soon as you move the connector slightly.
When will there be a revison that corrects this problem? We are sending back all three boards. www.da-x.de |
